The short answer

A booked AirGo transfer from Nikola Tesla Airport to Belgrade Waterfront, or anywhere in Savski Venac, starts at 2.800 RSD. It is one of the shortest rides into the city — 25 to 35 minutes — because the new district sits right at the end of the Gazela bridge, the first thing you reach after the A1.

Getting to Belgrade Waterfront

Belgrade Waterfront is the new district on the right bank of the Sava: the promenade, the Galerija shopping centre, the Kula tower and the St. Regis beneath it, and the apartment towers between them. Around it lies the older municipality of Savski Venac — Savamala’s bars and galleries, the Prokop railway station, Dedinje’s embassies and the Topčider park.

The whole district lies between the Gazela and Branko’s bridge, which puts it closer to the airport than the old town. The driver leaves the A1 at the bridge and is at the promenade in minutes; Dedinje and Topčider are a short climb further.

Why book ahead for Belgrade Waterfront

1

Luggage, towers and the right entrance

Each tower has its own entrance and most have a lobby concierge. Give us the building name and the driver pulls up to the right door rather than the shopping centre car park.

2

Train connections at Prokop

The Beograd Centar station is in Savski Venac too. Arriving by air and leaving by train to Novi Sad or Budapest? One fixed fare gets you and your bags to the platform entrance.

3

Embassies, Dedinje and official visits

Dedinje is the diplomatic quarter. We drive to a named address at a set time, with the driver’s details sent to you before you land.

Good to know before you ride

  • Galerija has a drop-off lane on the promenade side; say which tower you are staying in and the driver uses the lane nearest it.

  • Weekend evenings the promenade closes to cars in places; the driver knows the open approach that day.

  • The Prokop station is below street level — the driver drops you at the main entrance on the upper road, with lifts down to the platforms.
