Privacy Policy

AirGo provides airport transfer services in Belgrade. This page explains what data we collect when you use our site, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

We follow one simple rule: we collect only what is needed to drive you — nothing more.

Who processes your data

The data controller is AirGo, Belgrade, Serbia. For any questions about your data, write to office@airgobelgrade.com or call +381 64 15-63-006.

Booking data

When you book a ride, we collect the details without which the transfer is not possible:

• your first name, last name and phone number — to confirm the booking and for the driver to find you;
• the pickup or drop-off address, date and time, and the number of passengers and bags — to plan the ride;
• your email address (optional) — for a written confirmation and a link to manage your booking;
• a flight number and note (optional) — to track flight delays and meet special requests.

The legal basis is performance of a contract: without these details we cannot provide the service you requested. The data is used by our dispatch team and the driver assigned to your ride.

We keep booking records for as long as they are needed for business record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your rights").

Anonymous quote statistics

When you request a price on the site, we keep an anonymous record of the request: trip direction, passenger count, the price shown, site language and approximate location (country and city).

This record contains no address, no name, no IP address and nothing that could identify you — two requests cannot be linked to the same person. We use it solely to understand demand and improve the service.

Visit statistics

We count visits to the site's pages: which page was opened, in which language and when, along with the device type (phone, tablet, computer), browser family and approximate location (country and city). To know how many distinct visitors we have within a day, we use a technical code derived from the IP address and browser, together with an ingredient that changes every day.

That code cannot be turned back into an IP address or linked to you, and because the daily ingredient is discarded, visits from different days cannot be connected to each other. No cookies are used for this counting.

Approximate location

Country and city are derived from the IP address using a local GeoLite2 database on our own server. The IP address itself is never stored and never shared with third parties — only the country and city name remain in the record.

Google Analytics — only with your consent

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics is enabled only if you accept it in the notice at the bottom of the page — until you do (or if you decline), Google receives no data about your visit.

You can withdraw consent by clearing the site data in your browser, or simply write to us and we will help.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses the smallest possible set of cookies:

• a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie — required for the site to work; they do not track you;
• a record of your analytics choice — stored in your browser so we don't ask again;
• Google Analytics cookies — only if you accepted analytics.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and share it with no one, except to the extent necessary to provide the service:

• the address you enter when requesting a price is sent to the Google Maps service to verify it and calculate the distance;
• confirmation emails are sent through a professional email delivery service;
• booking details are forwarded to our dispatch team through an internal channel (Telegram) for a fast confirmation.

None of these services may use your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Just write to office@airgobelgrade.com — we respond without delay.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian data protection authority (poverenik.rs) or your local supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date at its top.
