Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the transfer service to and from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport provided by AirGo ("we"). By booking a ride you accept these terms — so please read them. We have kept them short and plain.

Service provider

AirGo, Belgrade, Serbia. For any questions, changes or complaints we are available at +381 64 156-30-06 (call, WhatsApp or Viber) and at office@airgobelgrade.com.

Booking and confirmation

You book a ride through the site or by phone. A website booking is a request: it becomes binding only once our dispatch team confirms it, of which you are notified (by email, if you left an address). Until confirmation neither side has any obligation to the other.

A round trip is booked as two linked rides — each with its own time and its own per-leg price. The booking management link you receive with your request lets you view and cancel each ride separately.

Prices and payment

Prices are fixed per zone and known upfront — the price you see when booking is the price you pay, with no hidden costs. Prices are stated in Serbian dinars; the euro amount is indicative, at the National Bank of Serbia middle rate.

Payment is in cash at the end of the ride, to the driver. We never charge anything in advance. Meet & greet with a name sign (for rides from the airport) is an extra service charged per the current price list and shown in your price before you confirm.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation is free, at any time before pickup — through the booking management link or by phone. If you know you will not use a ride, please cancel as soon as you can: it frees the vehicle for other passengers.

To change the time, address or flight number, call or message us — a change applies once we confirm it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a ride for reasons beyond our control; in that case we notify you without delay and you owe nothing.

Waiting time and flight delays

For rides from the airport we track your flight and adjust the pickup to any delay — so please enter the exact flight number when booking. For delays longer than 60 minutes the pickup depends on the schedule of other bookings; we always do our best to accommodate every passenger, and if a pickup becomes impossible we contact you.

For rides to the airport the vehicle waits at the booked time and address. Please be ready to depart — extended waiting can jeopardize the rides that follow, so after a reasonable time and attempts to reach you the ride may be recorded as a no-show.

Luggage and passengers

One piece of luggage per passenger is included in the price; additional luggage is charged per the price list and declared when booking. Our drivers are happy to help with loading and unloading.

The number of passengers must not exceed the number stated in the booking. For larger groups we suggest our van — contact us for an offer. Children travel in line with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia; if you need a child seat, note it in the booking.

Your obligations

• to provide accurate details when booking — address, time, number of passengers and luggage, and flight number;
• to keep the phone number you left reachable on the day of the ride, so we can coordinate the pickup;
• to behave in the vehicle in line with the law — the driver may refuse to transport a passenger who endangers the safety of the ride.

Liability

We aim for every ride to run on time and without incident. Some circumstances are nevertheless beyond our control — traffic congestion, weather, force majeure or acts of third parties. For rides to the airport we recommend scheduling the pickup with a comfortable buffer before your flight.

Our liability is limited to the price of the ride, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection rules.

Final provisions

How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia; any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court in Belgrade, with amicable resolution always our first choice — talk to us.

We may amend these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Bookings already confirmed remain subject to the terms in force at the moment of confirmation.
