The short answer
Novi Sad has no airport of its own, and the direct way from Nikola Tesla Airport is a car: about 85 km on the A1 motorway, 60 to 75 minutes, straight to your address. AirGo quotes one fixed price for the whole car before you book, with the driver waiting for you in the arrivals hall and the flight tracked.

Getting to Novi Sad
Novi Sad is Serbia’s second city, an hour north of Belgrade across the Vojvodina plain: the Petrovaradin fortress over the Danube, the pedestrian centre around Zmaj Jovina, the university and, every July, the EXIT festival. It is a common destination straight from the plane — for the festival, for business, for a family visit.
The alternative is a bus or train from the city, which means getting from the airport into Belgrade first and then on to Novi Sad with luggage. A booked car does it in one go, from arrivals to your door, at a price you know in advance.

Why book ahead for Novi Sad
One price for the whole car
The intercity price is for the car, not per seat, and it is confirmed before you book — no meter, no surcharge for motorway tolls or the ride back.
EXIT festival and groups
In festival week we drive to Petrovaradin and the campsite several times a day. For five to eight passengers with tents and bags, the van keeps everyone together.
Flight tracked, no waiting at a bus station
A delayed landing moves the pickup, not your plans. The driver is in arrivals when you come out, whatever the hour.
Good to know before you ride
-
Give us the full address, not just the hotel name: Novi Sad has several hotels with similar names in different parts of town.
-
Sremski Karlovci and the Fruška Gora monasteries are on the way; a stop there turns the transfer into a half-day trip — ask when you book.
-
For the ride back, we pick up in Novi Sad about two and a half hours before a flight from Belgrade.
Questions about the Novi Sad transfer
How much is a transfer from Belgrade Airport to Novi Sad?
Novi Sad lies beyond our Belgrade zones, so the price is not on the public list: we confirm one fixed price for the whole car for your date and party, before you book. Write on WhatsApp or Viber with the date, flight number and number of passengers.
How long is the drive from the airport to Novi Sad?
About 85 km, almost all of it on the A1 motorway: 60 to 75 minutes door to door, depending on where in Novi Sad you are going.
Is there a bus or train from Belgrade Airport to Novi Sad?
Not directly. You would first take a bus or taxi into Belgrade, then a train from Beograd Centar or a bus from the main station — two changes with luggage. A booked car goes from arrivals to your address in one ride.
Can you drive a group of six to Novi Sad?
Yes. Up to 4 passengers travel in the car; larger groups take the van, which carries up to eight with luggage. Both are quoted as one price for the vehicle.
